I listen to my inner needs, fears,
and
conflicts when feeling blue, depressed, or
out of sorts.

deny or hide from myself.
I remember what anchors me so I can heal
and nurture myself.

to music, looking at flowers, sitting or
walking in nature, spending time with a
close friend, a cherished book, etc.

needs attention and the next step to take to
further heal.

and connectedness, happiness, satisfaction,
good relationships, and deep meaning and
purpose.
I move forward in facing my roadblocks and
take one positive risk today.
