Not too long ago I was talking with a friend
of mine and he began telling me about some of his experiences
while crossed over. I asked him what he meant by "crossed
over" and he explained that it's the term he uses when he's
not living under the influence of duality.
The statement he made triggered me into
questioning what this path I've been pursuing with passion for
the past twenty years was leading to. Was my obsession with
self-discovery no more than an attempt to "cross over"
and if so what does cross over mean to me? My friend called it
crossing over. Others chose to call it "moving from the
third dimension to the fourth/fifth dimension" and others
call it "a change in consciousness." How we identify
this experience is a personal choice, but without doubt,
"the times they are a-changing."
I believe there are a few million of us in a
population of billions who have the opportunity to become
"in the world, but not of it." The way we are
identifying and making sense of this "crossing over"
experience is as varied as the number of participants in this
event. Being a counselor and behaviorist has led me to think
through this process of having the opportunity to live in two
worlds.
I believe for the past millennia this hasn't
been the case. We've had the opportunity to live in just one
world and that one being duality. The only way you could
"cross over" while still living before now was to go
to an isolated area such as a monastery where the influence of
duality could be controlled. These locations were where the
masters made the transition. Today this is not the case. We have
reached a point where the dimensions are so close that it's
possible to live in two worlds anywhere on the planet. In other
words, there are a few of us who have become conscious enough to
have a choice of what world we want to live in. Most people are
still vibrating at a low enough rate that the choice is not yet
available to them, although I believe, in time, this opportunity
will be open to all. After saying that, I also understand that
the opportunity is available to any of those wishing to make the
leap, although most people still spend their time just trying to
survive the life of duality, rather than experience it.
This brings me to the point of this text.
I've been spending much time crossed over the past two years,
and I've made it a mission of mine to learn all I can about the
do's and don'ts of duality versus the other side (fourth and
fifth dimensions). The following are a few things I've learned
if you should chose to stay in this new energy.
We must first create a reference point. To do
this we must stay on the other side long enough for us to get
familiar with it. We then will recognize when we're not there.
Remember, life is no more than having an experience from a
particular point of view. Up until now, we've been given only
one point of view.
In the beginning, the crossing over from one
dimension to the other is so subtle that we might not recognize
where we are, until we get caught up in some life drama that
creates so much discomfort that we become conscious of our loss
of bliss. The more time we spend in this new dimension, the more
familiar we become, and then we can attach ourselves to it.
Basically that's all that happens to us with our relationship to
duality. We've attached ourselves to it, so it becomes our
reality. As we spend time on the other side, we can then attach
ourselves to this other reality, which is called fourth and
fifth dimension. So how do we stay in this new energy long
enough to create a reference point?
Balance appears to be a piece of the puzzle.
I've learned that this new energy exists on balance. This
includes the balancing of my thinking, my body, and my feelings.
How do we balance our thinking? Judgment is
the culprit here. We cannot be in judgment and hope to stay
crossed over. Judgment by its nature creates preference through
right and wrong. Right/wrong/good/bad do not exist on the other
side.
The more my body is balanced, the more
support I experience while on the other side. This starts with
my pH. I try to keep my pH between 6.5 and 7, a simple feat if I
drink a little lemon or lime and water. Of course, diets have a
lot to do with physical balance. I'm not going any further with
this point at this time, but we must learn to listen to our
bodies when they inform us that an imbalance has occurred in our
temple. Keeping our body balanced will make our stay on the
other side more pleasurable.
Another problem area we have is our emotions.
Although I learned that most of my emotional problems are a
result of my judgment, I want to say that the removal of fear
from our lives is a must for living in this new energy. We now
understand that we only have two emotions, and those are love
and fear. We get confused sometimes with emotions and feelings.
Feelings are a combination of a thought and an emotion. The only
way I know to remove fear is to face it (and that requires
faith-not necessarily faith in God, but faith that you are going
to survive the experience). Once we start facing our fears and
survive the experience, we soon learn that we've been under the
influence of an illusion.
So we now have a starting point to begin
living in this new environment we've created for ourselves.
Heaven has different parameters and guidelines for a successful
stay. These rules are different from the ones that have been
taught us, and are looked on by others as a bit odd and
idealistic. Those of us in the process of crossing over must
never forget that we are forerunners for the entire planet to
follow. Louis and Clark faced many hardships and new experiences
on their exploration of this continent. Everyone who followed
learned a little bit more about this new environment, making it
easier for those who followed. Now, so many have made the
journey to America, it's no longer valued as exploration, but
seen as more of a mundane experience.
I have no doubt that "crossing
over" will soon be no more than an accepted truth for all
to experience.
Have a great day and know you are loved.

You come into this world fully prepared to
participate in community, and so how is it that you often find
this participation so difficult? Community, although natural on
the spiritual level, is a learned behavior on the personality
and ego levels. This suggests that to participate with others in
meaningful and enduring relationships, you can benefit from
tapping your more natural and basic spiritual essence.
The living elements of the natural world
don't struggle to live together, although there is struggle in
the nature of their existence. Likewise, you can accept a fresh
relationship with all other living things through willingness to
observe and live your purpose and allowing others to do the same
without judgement or condemnation. You and others are drawn
together for a purpose, and part of your involvement with others
is also to define a group purpose.
Non-veral communication is the language of
the universe. It is shared by all manner of living things. All
life is subject to the influences of ever-expanding circles of
energy, beginning with the individual aspects of life an
expanding past the physical Earth and on into the physical
universe and then the nonphysical worlds. Perception is the
language of community, and even though a flower has no external
language, no audible voice, it accomplishes its growth with its
own kind through a mutually-understood language of perception.
Your willingness to accept nature in all of her paradox and
inscrutability opens your inner channels to perception and shows
you the spiritual essence and nature of other living things,
even when you are unable to explain your impressions rationally.
You likewise reach into the hearts of
other people most directly not through directives or spoken
words but through time you and they spend together with the
intention of learning from each other even when no words are
spoken. You live with all other living things in community in
order to become a witness to the passing of life and to the
awakening of the spirit within yourself and others. Perception
is learned from a willing heart, which openly accepts the
holiness that is present and is desirous of being expressed in
all people and living things.
