Greetings from the Editor:
Creativity
Creativity may be the answer to many of our problems. It is bigger than creating a piece of art, designing a unique house, fixing a delicious, eye appealing meal, or planting a beautiful garden. Creativity is about using your imagination. It is about recognizing new ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with other and entertaining ourselves and others. Being creative is a boost to well-being. Creativity releases joy, energy and enthusiasm.
Everyone is creative. It hasn't been encouraged in some families, so many did not learn to use their imagination as children and it is common to think, "I'm not creative." It is never too late to learn more about yourself and develop more inner self expression. Start by reading about creativity or watching You Tube clips. Then taking a risk is in order to put yourself in situations to develop more confidence in one area of your life. Take an art, quilting, gardening, or cooking class. Look further and take a self-discovery class, motivational seminar, or find a coach to encourage a deeper understanding of yourself.
Consider cultivating more creativity in your life to expand your horizons with new ways to solve problems, communicate with another, and always to entertain yourself. And experience more enjoyment with your life.
Namaste,
Suzanne
