Living Your Soul’s Purpose through Body Awareness
Our well-being depends on our body, mind, and spirit being balanced and working together. Many ignore the messages of the body not realizing that it is just as important a spiritual practice to communicate with our body as it is to meditate or pray to develop our spiritual nature.
Deep Listening can uncover hurts and inner conflicts that need to be made conscious, understood, forgiven, and integrated into your mind-body system. Contribute to your own healing and well-being by learning the language of the body. This experiential workshop will expand your understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection and support living your divinity.

Intentions Instead of Resolutions
Most people I talk to don’t set New Years Resolutions. Why? Because they don’t want to disappoint themselves and the same things are on their list year after year, such as eat better and exercise more to get back in shape after the holidays. Instead of setting resolutions, consider setting intentions. Intentions that are inner directed, that develop character, and improve the quality of life are recommended by me.
One way to start setting life changing intentions is to use the agreements from Don Miguel Ruiz’s book, The Four Agreements. He gives us a summary of each:
agreement 1: Be impeccable with your word - Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
agreement 2: Don’t take anything personally - Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
agreement 3: Don’t make assumptions - Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
agreement 4: Always do your best - Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.
Spiritual Blessings,
Suzanne

Many of us have a preference for giving over receiving. Giving is a good thing, yet it can go to the extreme of not being healthy for us. If you are honest with yourself, you will notice that at certain times in your life it is very natural and easy to give, while at other times it is a stretch to give of your time and energy. After all, many were taught it is better to give than receive. Consider that giving and receiving are flip sides of the same coin. To understand this idea, imagine what would happen if everyone wanted to help others and give...

You are always creating according to your beliefs, will, emotions and thoughts. These are stored as unique energy signatures in your personal bio-field creating an attraction point for particulates of light to be built around in the astral plane. Once the particulates of light are formed and congeal around your energy signature, they eventually become crystallized and brought into physical manifestation. However, most people are simply not conscious of the bio-field they are projecting, and thus wonder why they keep themselves stuck, unable to move forward, with patterns and lessons being continuously recycled...
