There is no gain worth talking about while in pain because the entire time the pain is holding you in resistance. Use the powerful statements below to shift your vibration away from pain.
I've decided that I'm a good person.
I deserve good things to happen to me, therefore, I will pamper myself and look for fun, fulfillment and ease.
I am going to follow my bliss, follow my ease, and follow my flow.
I choose to have a lot of fun and hang around people that I have fun with.
I look for reasons to feel good and will keep a diary of good feeling things.
I have a box and I will put all kinds of things (Eg. pictures from magazines, affirmations, photos, drawings)in my creation box. I claim them as mine.
I accept the reality of this good vibrational reality and go there in my mind often.
I will bask in the good vibrations.
I will look for others doing the same and trust the law of attraction to queue me up with others who are like minded.
I let go of feeling guilty about how other people feel.
I take no responsibility for how another person feels.
I do not hold another responsible for making me happy.
I choose to make myself happy - life is supposed to feel good for me.
I am aligned with Source.
I catch myself and stop saying, “This is hard, I can't figure it out.” Instead I just do something else to break the vibrational chain of pain - change the subject, change the thought, change the person, change the image, change clothes - until the vibration shifts.
