Greetings from the
Editor:
How Does It Get Better Than This?
I have taken many self-discovery workshops during my lifetime. Looking back one lesson stands out from all of the rest. That is to ask myself often, “How does it get better than this?”
Now you might think it important to say this mainly when desiring things to improve in your life. Yes, this is true, and it does move you in a positive direction, opening you to new interpretations of unwanted experiences and allowing new possibilities to show up. I have found myself in constant amazement however, by saying this when life is wonderful as well. I am continually amazed at the good that shows up in my life. It is better that I can imagine, many times. I live in continual wonder and gratitude as my life expands. Experiment with your own life. Ask yourself at least once a day, “How does it get better than this?”
Fortunate Blessings,
Suzanne

Scientists now suspect that hanging out
with our friends can actually counteract the kind of stomach-quivering stress
most of us experience on a daily basis...
