I honor the earth and
all she provides.
Mother Earth loves and supports me.
I feel gratitude for the beauty and nourishment I
receive from the colors in the
trees, flowers, water, and mountains.
I, in turn, take care of her.

the judgments of
others.
I make my own decisions based on the consequences that I am
willing to live with.
I no longer need an outside authority to direct me, critique
my choices, or
approve of me for my well-being.
I continue to detach from criticism, expectations,
and judgments others have
of me.
I am my own authority.
