I enter the day with the
intention to play.
I look for ways to laugh as I celebrate
April Fool’s Day.
I really pay attention when a child
or friend plays a joke on me.
I let go of being overly serious;
as it is a day to be playful.
My inner child looks for simple ways to
play, joke, and have fun.

I am a spiritual being and am
worthy
even if my behavior needs improvement.
I remember that behavior reflects my
current
ability to meet my needs.
I love and accept myself even when
I make a mistake or do not like my
actions, habits, or the results of my behavior.
By separating my behavior from the inner
me, I know and feel my goodness.
As I accept myself, I easily make the
positive changes I desire.
