Greetings from the Editor:
Would You Believe This Is Issue 100
Sixteen years ago, I began this newsletter for those on the self-discovery/spiritual journey.
The first five years this was a monthly publication. I slowed the pace after that big commitment. In the early days,
I was motivated to market my books. Now, serving others and helping people understand themselves and to see their
next step is my motivation. The articles I have written, as well as others' articles, are in the archives, free for all to read.
It is amazing to me how the internet connects people all over the world which takes this website to a larger audience.
I enjoy hearing from people and how they are using the information presented here to help themselves and to understand
others.
Another motivator for me is to provide information that helps readers think in a larger arena.
This newsletter continues my mission statement. Innerworks' mission is to empower people to love and accept themselves,
to heal pain from the past, to know their purpose, and to reach their potential individually and collectively.
Thank you for subscribing to The Innerwords Messenger.
Namaste,
Suzanne

loving-kindness, compassion, and equanimity.) Mindfulness helps us awaken to all
experiences as they present themselves, whether pleasant or unpleasant...
