Our inner vision defines our daily lives. What we think about becomes our reality. Become aware of the thoughts you create; note those which occur often during the day.
By monitoring your thoughts, you realize what drives you, what blocks you. Is your thought pattern usually positive, or negative? Do you often have thoughts and feelings of love, anger, or fear?
You have complete control over your brain; you can choose your thought patterns; you can break old habits and create new ones. Create your reality with positive, loving thoughts. Once you get in the habit of creating a positive reality, take some time out to clear your brain of any thoughts. Make time for quiet reflection, for listening to the universe. If you are a busy person, it will take some practice to turn off the inner chatter. Practice focusing on your breathing, which has a settling effect. Think of yourself at the bottom of the ocean, silent and still, while the waves crash above. Soon you will become more tuned-in to your reality. You will find yourself feeling a lot less stressed. Your peace permeates your day.
