- Polarities
Within
I
notice polarities within myself.
These opposites are like two different
people with two different agendas and
two different sets of needs sometimes.
Polarities
give me the opportunity to
learn moderation and blending.
I
accept opposing parts of myself and learn
how to use these different aspects of
myself wisely.
Wholeness
is a paradox where I allow both
parts of myself to have their place, with
neither operating at the expense of the
other.

3 - Balance
When
I feel out of step with myself,
I center myself by visualizing a cool,
calming color, such as green or blue,
surrounding me.
As
I take a deep breath I listen to my true
needs and desires.
I set meeting them as a high priority.
I
know life is a continual experience of ups
and downs, so I have realistic expectations
as I learn to maintain my balance.
My
life is like a scale and I tune in
periodically to balance my outer self
with
my inner self.
